Historical Significance

Born from Florida Street/skate culture, graffiti and Mosquitos that try to kill you daily. NOTACIVILIAN has been documenting Florida street culture since before anybody asked. Every drop is a primary source. And every shirt is an artifact. I would know Cause I'm the one who made everything.
